TradeFlow Systems ("TradeFlow", "we") is operated by Kris Hernandez. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website and how we use it.

What we collect

When you fill out our form, we collect your name, business name, trade, city, mobile phone number, email address, and your answers to our questions. When you book a call, our scheduling provider (Cal.com) collects your booking details. Our site uses the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and deliver your free audit, schedule and confirm calls, answer your questions, and improve our advertising. We use service providers to do this, including Netlify (website and forms), Twilio (text messaging), Cal.com (scheduling), Anthropic (AI assistant that helps write text replies), and Meta (ad measurement). They process data only to provide their services to us.

Text messaging (SMS)

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the service providers that deliver our messages.

If you check the consent box on our form, we may text you about your audit request, including a confirmation, booking details, reminders, and replies to your questions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@contractorsbytradeflow.com. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA; we will honor those requests.
